Hello all!
Just a quick question....
anyone know a natural way to help with cramps that wont interact with vitamin supplements, probiotics, or triphala?
thanks for any help!
sincerely,
sk

Hi, sk.
What kind of cramps? Smooth muscle, striated muscle or cardiac muscle?

Dr. Stoll,
I think she may be talking about menstrual cramps.
Thanks,

Thanks, sk.
The basic information is in the hormone imbalance archives.
Since this is so imperfectly understood, wellness is still the best solution and takes about 6 months--if practiced with diligence.
In the meantime, any physician with a pulsed diathermy machine in her office could eliminate your cramps in 20 minutes with a 12X12--20 treatment. The most likely physician to have one of these magic machines is a Chiropractor. The only problem is that it has to be done (once) each time you have the cramps.
Let us know what you learn and how you do.
Walt
