Hi, I just want to keep people updated on how I am doing with dealing with IC. I just got my 72 hour broth test back and it came back negative. Honestly, I am relieved because the work I am doing with the physical therapist is already producing great results! I will keep everyone posted. Let me know if you have any questions.
I will start putting my name as "Solace" instead of Melissa now since there are many melissa's here. :D

Hi Melissa,
I have IC also and it is such a hard disease to deal with. I'm so glad your making progress. I just made my first appointment with a pelvic floor therapist for the first week in June. Would you mind telling me what your therapy entails (biofeedback, myofascial release etc.), how long you have had IC and what your main symptoms were?
Thanks so much, Mary
BTW... I had a broth culture come back positive for enterococcus. I am now rotating natural antibiotics to see it helps.

Who are you working with on this (naturopath)? Feel free to email me.
I have had it for about 5 years. I have had both frequency and urgency (spasms). I am working with a physical therapist and we are doing biofeedback and exercises. The exercises have already helped enormously. Another person on this site recommended her and I am happy to give you her info. I am also seeing a new naturopath. I have seen many with only some success. I also find that (excuse the murder of the spelling here) mycelized A really helps.
:D And you?
