Hi Walt,
I'm just curious, once one gets rid of the total body tension, feels relaxed and is functioning normally, would it be correct to assume that symptoms would persist because of inflammation caused by years of this? If so, about how long would you expect the bladder to take to heal itself once you are "far away enough from the cliff"? Thanks.

It takes longer to discharge the muscle tension than it does for the bladder to heal itself. SO, the perception of the person is that it all clears up at the same time.
