Hey Doc,
An update on my situation:
I have incorporated healthy foods, SR, weekly yoga class and 3 x a week walking into my life as a program for healing my undiagnosed by still prevalent urethral syndrome/vaginal pain about which I e-mailed you a few months back.
The constant burning (daily pain) is almost gone, although there is still tenderness in the back of vulva and vaginal wall. I am noticing that in place of the constant burning there has been (for about four weeks) a sort of "squeezing" or "liquid moving" sensation in my urethra, which I never noticed in the YEAR of this pain (I think cos I couldn't feel anything there but severe burning). Could it be that the nerves or muscles are rebuilding or normalizing, retraining? That is what my intuitions tell me...
It definitely feels less painful, though it still is a nervous sort of sensation.
Is this progress you've noticed in your IC or urethral/bladder patients as they were healing?
Hopefully this information is clear.
Thanks!
Elizabeth

Thanks, Elizabeth!
You are exactly on schedule, You may still have SOME symptoms after a year of what you have been doing but it will continue to improve until you are perfectly normal.
Please continue to report your progress. Others with IC need to at least know that they can relieve it.
Namaste`
