Hello,
I have found two or three improvement messages when I search for IC testimonials, but no one who says they are cured and back to a normal life. It's not that I don't believe it, I do! I have started my Relaxation. I just want to hear some good news. (Everywhere else I turn in my research is pretty bleak.)
Any contribution would be deeply appreciated.

Rain.. in the meantime you might to try the Hylands Homeopathic remedy. Its no cure but it can take the edge off at times.
Also, I not reccomending this to everyone but for me.. I fill my bladder with sterile water for a few nights before bed and find good relief. I know Dr.s do this procedure (bladder distension) with the water under pressure for about 15 minutes but I find it very helpful to just leave it in overnight and I get some relief too. My personal theory on why this works is that it flushes out the tissues that are irritated. Like I said, I am a nurse and know how to do this procedure..please DONT try it without proper training.

I agree with Dr Stoll about the bracing being at the root of this disease... but a little relief in the mean time is good too. 6-12 months can be a long time when your hurting so much.
