ic or urrethra burning

dear doctor ,
i just started to read your website etc and i suspect i may have ic .it has been 13 years on and off and it comes back(mainly urrethral symptoms ,burning inflammed and pressure in urrethra).you talk about sr ,can you explain exactly what it is ,how to do it etc.i am unfamiliar with it but i am sure my symptoms are due to anxiety and tension .no one talks about the mind over the body but i am sure there is a connection .can you please email me back and let me know where i can learn sr or if you know someone in san francisco area who teaches it .

I read some people with interstitial cystitis had great results do sr .I would appreciate any mail on that .
