Hello! First time here...I was first diagnosed with a bought of BV last year. Maybe had two yeast infections in my life, that I knew of, previously. I think I have BV again now. Going to Kaiser tomorrow...but I have tried Yeast Guard, still on now, and homeopathic suppliments, vitamins, minerals, acidophilus stuff, etc. I don't eat refined foods, I am sugar-sensitive. I am also vegan, take suppliments, flax seed, etc. I'm in good health, I'm 30. I would like to know of either some good Homeopathic MD or practitioner in SF Bay area, or also from you, what I can do to get rid of this. I am very interrested in finding out what is causing this, too. First BV last year was when I was going through traumatic childhood-sex-boundary stuff....know this is connected....reading Dr. Christian Northrup's work, too......what are holistic treatments for this? I want to try to avoid antibiotics if I can this route. Thank you so much

And what about Bartholin gland abscesses?

Walt (or others),
I am also interested to know more about holistic treatments for female conditions - although I am not a woman. I have a close friend who got Bartholin gland abscess for the 3rd time in her life (treated always by her gynecologist, she is 33). I tried to search the net, but I found only non-holistic pages on that. One of the reasons can be in her childhood, too. Is there any holistic treatment? Does SR help with this, too?
I would also like to order your book, not wanting to use my credit card, so I will send an International Money Order to your address (is that OK?). I live in Prague, Europe, so it can take some time to get it here.

Hi, Karel.
Thanks for your interest in my book. Some additional information about international orders. This is routinely sent "book rate" which, for international orders can take 6-10 weeks from the time we ship it from here. Even book rate the cost is $9.95 for a single copy and $5.05 for S&H (Prague). The only other way they will ship is by air mail and that costs $8.05 S&H but will get there in less than 5 days. The IMO is OK.
The most common missed cause for recurrent female conditions IS "bracing" of the perineal muscles so SR would be an effective preventive.

Dear Tracy,
Christiane is a good friend of mine. You can't go wrong with anything she says.
Chronic "bracing" of the perineal muscles (the stress connection) is the most commonly missed cause of chronic pelvic conditions in the female.
Contact Christiane at Women to Women, 1 Pleasant Street, Yarmouth, ME 04096, (207) 846-6163 and see if SHE knows anyone in your area since I do not.
Tell her I suggested you call and give her a big phone hug for me.
Walt
