I have both VV and IC. I have read your archives on IC and will begin SR. My question is regarding VV. Can it be helped and do you know what causes it? I have read on other sites, that there is the thought that it may be caused by pelvic floor problems, oxalates or Fibromyalgia. I have also, as noted with a previous post, yeast problems. Thanks, Cathy

Dear Cathy,
Congratulations for beginning to recognize the similar contributing mechanism of levator ani tension that could contribute to both.
How long do you think it will be before the "specialists" in these areas ALSO catch on???
You already KNOW that total body bracing is the most common cause of fibromyositis. The pelvic localizing conditions are just related to the bracing of that part of the body.
