Nice summary - thanks. Seems North America has everything in great amounts, but money/greed gives us the temptation to be too cheap to survive.

Exactly why I buy locally & buy organic.
Now if the governement starts mucking around with the regulations surrounding "organic" standards & acceptability , we're in deep doo doo.
