Kidney Dialysis in the USA

I have been advocating for patiets of ESRD for 3 1/2 years This has been unbelievable the fact that the patients have been allowed to be sold to the highest bidder. This is the only group of Physicians that are immune from the Anit-Kickback and the Stark Law. This means simply that the patients are there for profit.
As workers we found that this patient population needs help in the fact that they are underdialized and are malnourished.
This will hit 25% of the population by 2005. Medications that are given to our population are creating more dialysis patients.
This industry was found with not doing the job and putting our patients at risk from the OIG ad the GAO. Nothing has been done to date.
My question is how are the population at large told of the risk of Kidney dialysis...it will hit many?
What can help our citizens from this happening. The chairs have no problem filling up.
