Hi S.H.A.P.E.-
You mentioned below that you "muscle test" everything. I went to a natural doc about a year ago and discovered that I was sensitive to grains. He put drops under my tongue and did a muscle test. I was so amazed that I started laughing at the fact that I couldn't move my arm! Anyway, I would love to do this myself with everything I eat. Could you explain how you do this? Thanks!

Hi Mary K - Muscle testing is a 21Th century "TOOL" that most people don't realize the positive health benefit that it can produce. You cannot regain your health if you are continuously consuming foods, beverages, supplements, etc., that your internal body is allergic to. I use muscle testing everyday and I've found that it's 99% accurate, if you learn to perform it correctly. If you want to, email me at alternative.health@verizon.net and I'll send you some instructions to get you started or I'll try to post them on this BB some time tomorrow! * S.H.A.P.E. *
