i was recently diagnosed with this condition and was prescribed celebrex and it is not helping. do you have any other pain relief methods i can try? i have small children and i work 2 jobs one of which is a stagehand in detroit and involves alot of bending and lifting. i am at a loss and the pain is unbareable at times

Hi, Kelly.
Bracing has something to do with this.
Perhaps Doc Kim can help with understanding "alignment" in the cause of this condition.
Rolfing would also give you some relief for a year or so (until your dealing with the bracing has time to work).
Also, you might look into Alexander Technique OR Feldenkrais (library).
