Pain in the knee

My knee acted up today after 4 mo of no pains without taking
anything that has helped and solved one problem for 12 yrs.
I get an ache every few months and just take one Natrol MSM
and it goes away. This time it felt like the sharp pain
that cod liver oil solved and the cramp like one that the
MSM has fixed. I took both plus glucosamine/condroitin and
in about 6 hrs it is just about gone. I probably should take
the supps wether I have pain or not but it doesn't seem to
be needed except when there is pain and since they relieve
it so fast with so little it is hard to remember when months
or years go by with no problems.

I was ready to try a cayenne plaster but there was no need
It is a lot easier to take supps that are within arms reach
than to get up and make it up so it has to be that nothing
else helps or the problem comes back just as strong. Been
fighting off a sinus, throat, chest problem and I did try
cayenne/salt nose drops but it still took more than one
treatment and slow improvement though it has seemed minor
or being limited when many people arond me are taking
antibiotics and are out of work.

The pain is gone but I thought it was going to nag me for a
while since it felt different then the recent problem. Like
I said it is hard to remember to take things that aren't
needed but I will for a few days When I remember. Keeping
them out will help but when you don't see things right in
front of you that doesn't work too well. Something had to
click in my head.
