Chronic Mouth Ulcers

My wife is 28, during the birth of our first child she had an injection as the hospital said she did not have enough ant-bodies, they also said she was slightly anemic.
8 years on she has chronic mouth ulcers on the sides of her mouth and tongue of varying sizes, which appear deep. These ulcers do not go away and cause her a lot of pain.
Do you know what could be the cause of this?
Any advice would be truly appreciated.

I don't know if this will help but when my kids get them I start putting acidolphilus capsules on them. I just open them up and Pour the powder on them or give them some yogurt and tell them to hold it in ther mouth when they take each bite and then swallow after a second. This has never failed to work. Now I realize there may be other things that cause this problem than too much bad bacteria. When I get really low on iron I get them on my lips I take Iron they go away. But I would suggest you try the acidolphilus that is a simple and least expensive solution. The acidolphilus seems to work faster.

P.S. I meant that the acidolphilus capsules works faster than yogurt.

Hi, JG.

Was this injection, by any chance, RhoGam?

I doubt that her present problem has any relationship to the injection--if it WAS RhoGam.

The most common cause of what you are describing is LGS (leaky gut sndrome) see the archives and the home page.

Listen to Charity for now since this is likely to help at least some.

You might also take a look at eht canker sore archives.

Let us know what you learn & how she does.

Walt
