what does this mean

The doctors think I am crazy. But when I am constipated and stomach bloated I feel my heartbeat faster. Been under alot of unavoidable stress lately. But was diagnosed with gas-am doing the fiber and mo but something is not right with my stomach. Would appreciate some help.
