I had stomach surgery to remove an ulcer and also cut the vagus nerve because I was producing to much acid. Since this surgery my digestion is not working properly. After eating I
break out into sweating rapid heart beat out of breath.
I don't think this is normal , is there anyone out with the same problem and is there an answer to this matter.
Thank -you
Andy

Andy,
Why has your surgeon not explained this to you? This is a common complication of a vagotomy. Now that your vagal control mechanism has been mutilated, you are pretty much going to have to live with these symptoms.
If only you had known what is in the LGS archives BEFORE your surgery PERHAPS you might have chosen differently. You have put black tape over the warning lights on the dashboard of your car (your bodymind) in spades.
