Low Yeast diet + Organic Bragg Undistilled Vinegar?

I just read on someones post that they should not be having vinegar....on the anti-cand. diet.
I am slowly cutting the yeast from my diet, but thought my undistilled vinegar was healthy to eat - is it still ok to have a teaspoon a day or every other day?

Supposedly apple cider vinegar is antifungal thus ok on the candida diet. All other types of vinegar are out.

Hi, Michele.

As I have said many times on this BB: I do not believe avoiding yeasty foods help to eliminate candida. It is remotely possible that eliminating yeasts with the exact antigenic match to candida might help eliminate some symptoms but they are very rare in our food choices. As a matter of fact I can not think of any right now.

Walt
