I was diagnosed with cqandida via blood test. For about 4 month i was on all kinds of natural antifungals vitamines minerales and nystatin with not much success at all. about one month ago i started talking to a friend and found out that he suffered from a burn out and the exact same symptoms and went the same route without sucsess. after month of diet and all sorts of remeies he started to focuse on stress. he started to work with a bio feedback devise called freeze framer and forgot about all diets and meds and started to slowly improove from there and got back to normal.
I have started to work with this freeze framer dvice 4 weeks ago stopped all remedies and nystatin took three weeks off work and can also report a huge improovement.
What do you think about the relation of stress and candida and do you know the device i'm talking about.

Hi Holger,

Glad to hear you are making improvement. Sounds like you are headed in the right direction. Somebody else just mentioned the Freeze Framer and I just checked out the website, it looks interesting.

You are right to make the connection with stress. You can learn a lot about how it happens by reading some of the information in the articles and archives on this website. Dr. Stoll has a great protocol for reducing stress, it is called the Three-Legged Stool and you can learn the basics by reading the article "How to be Healthy." The candida archives may also be of interest to you. See also the article about bracing and skilled relaxation, and the glossary entries for all of them.

Best wishes,
Happygal

Hi, Holger.

Listen to Happygal.

A certain % of people with candida will be cured with SR alone. A larger % with SR and exercise and a larger % yet with SR exercise and diet. The largest % of all is when the above are combined with a few months of Nystatin therapy.

Getting the picture yet?

Walt
