Whats better to help fight Candida?
To have an acidic internal environment or an alkaline?

Depends on area.
Not feeding candida might be a better approach.

Hi, Chocolate.
Normally, the mouth is alkaline, the stomach strongly acid, the small intestine alkalike and the colon acid.
Any significant variation of that theme opens the door to candida overgrowth. This is totally different, and separate from, the acid/alkaline state of your blood and metabolism.
Hope this helps.
