Curious if all you still take or plan to take the following once you're healed and how much you take:
1. Enzymes (protein or plant ones)?
2. L-glutymin?
3. Probiotics (specifially PD and Flora Source). . .or if you don't take these, which ones do you?
4. and which others not mentioned do you still take?
Thanks!

After healing your leaky gut problem, you want to take a quality probotic (friendly Bacteria) like iFlora or ThreeLac for a period of 3 to 6 months! * S.H.A.P.E. *

Hi, Ellie.
Once the LGS is healed for a few months you should not need anything. Of course if you go back to ignoring the wellness things you did to cure it, you always have the risk of it's recurring.
