I would start SR, aerobics and the PWFD at once. I would then get started on 750,000 units of pure Nystatin powder, 4 times a day on an empty stomach. I would be sure to take a good brand of probiotics.

My D.O. recommends caprystatin, kapricidin-a and orithrush in place of nystatin, though he is not completely opposed to the nystatin. Before I make the decision, (he's leaving it up to me as I told him I wanted to do a "little" research on both) I want to ask you as I DEFINITELY trust your opinion, what's the difference and FINALLY which would you recommend.

Perfect Whole Food Diet..All foods in their natural state. Nothing processed. Like they say: Eat nothing that has a label! Hope this helps!
