I take alot of supplements and was wondering if this is contributing to the gas and bloating problems I have been experiencing. My supplement intake consists of multivitamin, ester c, b50 complex, e-400, bone meal, ginseng, fish oil, garlic and recently I started taking MSM and also Creatine..I have since stopped taking the MSM and Creatine..I take it having pains on the right side about where the intestines are is gas. I do eat whole wheat cereal for breakfast and also yogurt and banana. Also try to eat brown rice and whole wheat spaghetti and chicken as much as possible for other meals, but cant stick to this all the time..

Sounds llike a typical case of LGS.
That means you need a combination of digestive enzymes to help your symptoms until you can deal with the causes of your LGS.
A good local Naturopath would be your best resource to figure out what enzymes you need. Don't neglect your local nutritionally oriented Chiropractor.
Let us know how you do & if you have more questions after you look into the LGS on this 'site.

I have purchased your book in the past and reread the part on LGS..Guess I missed the part about the digestive enzymes so will now start using them...Also purchased some Grapefruit seed extract to use along with acidophilus..I exercise regularly and use skilled relaxation...Cant stick to such a strict diet unfortunately but I try to eat as healthy as possible...Ill see if this can improve my well being...
