How do you know if someone has
Diverticulitus
IBS
"nervous stomach" (temporarily)
or other stomach issues since all of the symptoms seem the same?

I'm not doc but I would guess so. I know that when you have stomach probs and go to a gastro, they test you for everything else and rule them out before saying you have IBS.
