HELP! GRJ therapy did not work, what does this mean?

I have been diagnosed by a kineseologist/chiropractor with a hiatial hernia. He diagnosed me through muscle testing. So the first thing I did when I got home, is I did a search for hiatial hernias. Luckily I came across Dr. Stoll's site. WOW! what a site it is, full of info, and of course Dr.Stoll himself seems to be a Godsend.
I got really excited when I came across the info on the ginger juice therapy. I have been taking it for 3 weeks now, everymorning, a teaspoon full. I have noticed absolutely no improvement what so ever.
I'm really bummed! but the past 8 years have been nothing but one disappointment after another for me in my quest for a cure.
Here are my symptoms:
1)Extreme intestinal bloating after everything I eat, it gets worse after each meal.
2) I struggle with constipation, but can keep it under control as long as my diet is really clean
3) indigestion and sometimes painfull gas pains.

I will list all of the things I have tried to correct my seeming digestive problem:
Allergy rotation diet, Candida diet, nystatin, flagyl for parasites, homeopathics for parasites, herbal parasite cleanses, fasts, numerous colon cleanses, color therapy, some acupuncture, amalgam filling removal, digestive enzymes, probiotics, wheatgrass therapy, raw foods diet.

I know I'm missing some things, but I'm starting to go blank. I lead a very healthy lifestyle, very clean vegetarian diet, mostly raw foods, I excersise regularly, and I go to the beach a lot...:0).

Since the GRJ has not helped I am assuming I do not have a hiatial hernia, perhaps LGS would be more accurate?
Since none of the things I have tried have ever solved my Intestinal BLOATING I am beginning to assume maybe this has been more of a mental/emotional cause more than anything. I wish I knew.
I plan on buying Dr. SToll's book first. I feel I am on the right track now with this website. I am cautiously excited about this book and some of the others that are suggested reading.

Please anyone that can give me their opinion I would greatly appreciate it.

Aloha Sonya.

Congratulations, Sonya!

You have pretty much figured this out. Your symptoms plainly indicate LGS with a focus on the colon portion. Even though this is at the opposite end of the intestinal tract that a Hiatus Hernia would be, it still is in the same ballpark.

Since current statistics indicate thea MDs are wrong about 50% of the time, I would not fault the Kinesiologist too much.

From what you are saying, it is no wonder that the GRJ did nothing for you. At least it had no negative side-effects, cost you little money and took little effort. The lack of effectiveness nearly guarantees that your diagnosis was wrong---even if your symptons did not say that already.

Worse, your history NOW says that you have passed beyond simple LGS into having dysautonomia and parasites which make LGS worse.

First things first: Learn what this is about. THEN, you can make much better decisions as to how to get yourself out of the pit. My book is a good way for you to gain a different perspective IF you read it as a unit and NOT just the chapter about intestinal problems.

While you are waiting for the book, spend a few hours reading about LGS, C-RS, stress-effect, and SR on the website. Start with the glossary for any unfamiliar terms and then go to the search engine, homepage and archives.

THEN, if you still have questions, write again.

Walt

Dr.Stoll,
I cannot thank-you enough for your helpful reply.
The first thing I did was look up in the glossary the term "dysautomia". No doubt I have this, knowing myself and my life I have much stored up stress. I only hope and pray that I can reverse this over time through SR.
I wonder about parasites though because I have done so many things to get rid of them and nothing has ever helped, so I'm not sure that I do have them.
But never the less if I do it sounds as though I would have to address the LGS first anyway.

I look very forward to devouring every word of your book!
If I have questions while and after your book I will write again.
Again thank-you and Aloha.

Hi, Sonya.

At least I got the spelling of your name right. I hope you got my email about the book. If not, put a note on here that you did not and I will click on your email address here and contact you that way.

The single most important thing you can do about the LGS (in the long run--6-12 months) is the SR.

Walt
