Leaky gut / candida testimonials

Is there anyone out there that healed from these ?

If so, how long did it take, what symptoms did you have, can you eat everything now ? etc.

Did you heal sero-positive RA through healing leaky gut? I am working on healing RA by healing leaky gut and candida (as well as other means) - love to see someone else have success with it!!
Scat - Too soon to have an answer for you, but I can say for sure that stopping all dairy has made a huge improvement on my RA symptoms. I was only eating organic, whole milk yogurt for years (thought it was fine for me). I was very surprised to find out it wasn't.

Thanks,
Ellen

Hi North*Star,

What symptoms are you still having in regards to
candida? How do you know you are still having a
problem?

Thanks,

dd

I can eat chocolates & cakes for a few days and then the joint pains slowly start, persist for a few days. Light pains. A few days of being away from the treats :( and the pains vanish. It's a pretty straightforward correlation. This is probably the 5th or 6th time I've experienced this.

I dont know how to get rid of these last remnants of candida so I can eat "normally" ;-)

I got rid of candida completely - or at least the symptoms of it - after 10 years of the diet BUT it's not so bleak because for about 9 years of that time I felt wonderful as long as I didn't let diet slip. Now I eat what I like, although I don't like some of the foods, like pizza, because I associate them with pain. I don't get a hint of a symptom and I was once very poorly with it. It is possible and it is really worth the effort,

Yes but I didn't have drugs or any other support - except at Christmas when I took nystatin and, like I said I felt so well on the diet that it wasn't really a penance. In fact I almost miss the diet because now I have to rely on will power not to eat bread, cakes and chocolate whereas before I just wouldn't have risked it. Maybe what made it linger so long was that 2 or 3 times a year, christmas etc, I would break the diet big time and not really go back to it until the symptoms started reappearing (4-5 days). I wasn't that strong. But really the anti candida diet is delicious and healthy and it's no big deal to stay on it, although it does make you boring in restaurants. Do you think it was a long time? It's not that bad once the diet is controlling it and you feel so well. How is it for you?
