Environmental E. Coli information sought/airborne disease?

Hi All
You all probably have heard there are people dying at an alarming rate in Walkerton, here in Canada. On the radio a Doctor speaking on behalf of that area (Gray Bruce Peninsula) mentioned that the disease can be spread by person-to-person contact, after having been caught from the water.

My question is, does this come under the category of an airborne disease? I ask because 3 months ago an eminent astrologer, suggested(based on information suggested by the planetary alignment at new moon in aquarius that month), that airborne disease was going to become prevalent.

Hope someone can help. I am just wondering at the connection, and attempting my own interpretation (because this can be read from a spiritual/psyhological perspective which can then be applied to provide answers/understanding).

The astrologer has since died and it is not possible to ask him specifically what his reasoning was.

Sad to think we have finally come to this. Not being able to drink our water... I worry too, about the effect of trillions of plastic bottles on our environment, because so many of us buy our water to drink (and even that is not of a 'wonderfully' 'qualityfull' benefit to us)I forget why but naturopathically there is an explanation of minerals missing I believe.

thanks for any light that can be shed on my question.

Hi, Wendy in Toronto.

Fomites! E-Coli is transmited by touch and through fomites (hand to mouth).

There is no way to avoid it in the environment (hand washing helps but not much). What really helps is for the person to be very healthy (wellness). THEN, their system is normally resistant to this bug. The problem is that people are living closer and closer to the edge of their "cliff" and so are susceptible to any little bug that comes along.

To prevent this problem (which will continue to get worse until it is valuable enough for people to start thinking for themselves) a transcendence of thinking will be necessary. The thinking of the 20th century will only let it get worse until we are living inside glass houses and being fed through a stainless steel straw.

Thanks for giving me yet another opportunity to open that door to the thinking people on this BB.

Namaste`

Walt
