Candida update

I just want to report on how much this site has helped me. After many doctor visits, I finally found this site. I completley changed my diet after reading the results of others. I started SR. I began using many of the supplements I read about on this site. The only reccomondation I did not do was to go on Nystatin. I didn't have to. I am well 3 months now. The only problem I experienced was that I was dizzy. Dr. Stoll said that would go away, and it did. Even the sugar cravings are gone. The only thing I wouldn't do is in the beginning, I put yogurt down there, that made me worse. I just want to say thank you and encourage others.
