Hi Walt,
okay I broke down and have been doing SRx2 for 6 months. I'm also on a healthy, no sugar, no refined or artifical anything, organic diet (2 years).
My leaky gut seems to have either healed or is pretty darned close to being healed. But, try as I might with GSE, ooo, garlic, etc, I still gets bouts of candida. A friend suggested Lugol's iodine. What do you think of this idea?
I also have three skin cysts. Again, Lugol's was recommended. What is your view? How much would I take?

Cingratulations on getting going on ultimately being a lot more healthy. Some questions; How did you certify that your SR actually worked for you and how is your exercise program working?
I know of no relationship between Lugols and either candida or skin cysts.

I nolonger have pain, constipation, gas, gerd or bloating. I have two normal bm's a day, that are painless and healthy. My joint's don't hurt, my skin looks nice and I feel more energy and sleep better.
I swim and walk, and do daily stretches. I can put my hands on the ground without bending my knees and bring my foot to my chest while standing. For almost 60 with a desk job, that's not bad.

Wow! Great improvements from doing SR and a good diet! Congratulations!
About your Lugols question.... I don't know much about it. Perhaps it is worth a try, just to see what happens? Walt recommends Lugols for other conditions, so it is probably a pretty safe thing to use.
