I am curing my LGS, you can too!!!!!!!

This is to everyone that would like to read this. I believe that LGS (caused by chronic bracing) is the biggest health threat of today. More illnesses are caused by chronic bracing than anything I have ever seen. Up until now, it has been difficult for me to identify my 5 + years worth of health problems. Now, I know what I am up against and I am only a short time away from total cure!

It doesn't matter weather you have Rheumatoid arthritis, anxiety problems, lupus, fibromyalgia, constipation, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, or anything in-between. It all starts with chronic bracing. It makes sense. More than 90% of the immune system is located in the gut! It then makes sense that without proper brain-gut communication, the whole body suffers. So, whatever genetic predisposition you have will decide how your chronic bracing takes effect.

To heal LGS and stop chronic bracing, I think there are only a few things that need to be done. First and foremost is to stop the original cause which is chronic bracing. Practicing the SR, I have learned, is key!! With SR on your side, you can, over time, stop the chronic bracing that leads to LGS in the first place.

But, once you have LGS and you have many multiple symptoms, who wants to wait 6 months to a year to get better. nobody! But things take time. These are the other steps I believe are vital in order to overcome LGS. SR is a given. Here are the others.

TREAT DYSBIOSIS. This is a result of the LGS. LGS opens up the door by creating the perfect breeding ground for parasites, fungi and candida. To me, it doesn't matter which one came first. I am not interested. I don't need to know that to get better. Reducing or eliminating the dysbiosis brings relief in symptoms and can help give you the courage to move foward. An excellent web site for treating dysbiosis is www.health-truth.com. His program works.

TREAT FOOD SENSITIVITY. Once LGS takes hold, undigested food can slip into the blood stream. The immune system attacks the food and creates antibodies to it. That way, the next time you eat the food, your immune system will recognize it as enemy. food sensitivity only worsens LGS even though LGS caused the problem. To treat, the e-diet recommended by Robert Mcferon is the gold standard in this area. After identifying these foods and removing them, you would have taken a major step in healing your LGS and reducing symtpoms.

IMPROVE DIGESTION. Eating whole foods based on one's metabolism is the best way I know of to optimize your nutrient reserves and help treat your deficiencies caused by LGS. Eating more cultured foods, preparing grains, seeds, legumes, and nuts properly to ensure proper digestion will ensure that you are breaking down your food into the smallest particles. Taking enzymes with meal can help this also. go to www.westonaprice.org for great articles on diet, digestion, traditional diets, and a great cook book with suggestions on how to optimize digestion. The book is called "Nourishing Traditions".

EXERCISE 30 MINUTES A DAY. What doesn't exercise do? This needs to be balanced with SR. They both accomplish a lot in the body. These are indespensible. Do whatever exercise you can but don't exercise to the point of exuastion.

Personally, I have thus far eliminated candida and treated my dybiosis. Great improvement has been noted thus far on this alone. Elimination of anxiety, heart palpitations, spaced out feelings, foul gas, huge improvements in digestion, and slight decrease in musularskeletal pain have been noted. Now, I am working on eliminating my food sensitivity. At the same time, i am already improving my digestion with whole foods according to my metabolism. I am confident that I will cure myself of my problems. The main symptom I am facing is autoimmune attacks on my joints, especially my spine. I am confident that I will cure the problem because I know the cause and I know what to do about it. It feels good! I hope that many of you recognize, as I now do, the deterious effects of chronic bracing and LGS. Excuse me, I have to go do some SR now. Take care!!

Thanks Rich!

That puts everything Walt has been saying into the proverbial "nutshell". I'm going to print this out and keep it handy for reference and encouragement. Thanks again.

I've heard that chewing your food more thoroughly and eating several small meals(as opposed to 3 large meals per day) can improve LGS. Sounds a little crazy to me...any truth behind this?

absolutely!!!

This will help a lot! In LGS, the digestive tract cannot handle large amounts of food. Chewing will help break the food down to smaller particles, and eating less will mean less food reactions and less food entering the blood stream. As a result, you will absorb more food and less of it will feed bacteria and cause food reactions. It is best to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day.

Thank YOU joanie. I appreciate your words. When I first came to this board, i poo-pooed everything Dr. Stoll said. I cared only about the nutrional aspects and none about the emotional/spiritual aspects. I have learned now that you can't have one without the other.

Thanks KMD!

Rich, do you have any theories on these same conditions in children (newborns even)? In the case of babies under the age of 2, bracing cannot be the cause of the LGS as far as I can figure. I agree with you when it comes to older children and/or adults. I haven't written about LGS yet or researched it fully, and was wondering if you have any ideas about the infant LGS. Also what to do in this case since infants cannot do SR. Thanks~

I take MSM and Shark liver oil with great results

MSM will provide a protective coating to the lining of the intestine and stomach which will block the yeast of the candida roots! It's also a great allergy fighter along with Shark liver oil, which is a super immune booster. Both are considered by some to be the best suppliments for fighting LGS. Check out this site http://www.lovelyhealth.com/LGS.htm for more info about LGS.

Maybe inherited stress due to the state the mum is in during pregnancy????

For SR, how about learning either Reiki or massage (or both) and using them on the baby daily?

Deb.

what is chronic bracing and what is SR? I read what you wrote and think it is very interesting, but I have no idea what those terms stand for.

Absolutely. MSM is fantastic for this. Some other supplements to consider for healing the LGS would be SeaCure (A pre-digested protein concentrate made from deep-water White Fish that has been proven to heal LGS), Colostrum, Gamma Oryzanol, Whey immunoglobulins if you are not sensitive to dairy, Butyrate (which is found in butter. This is a short-chain fatty acid produced by benefical bacteria. It is needed to maintain the lining of the intestinal mucosa. It can be supplemented if you are low. L-Glutamine is the prefered fuel for the lining of the GI tract. I take some, but not all of these as an insurance policy.

That was exactly my thoughts!!!

If you consider the work of Dr. Weston A. Price, you will soon realize that optimal nutrition is required for fully developed healty babies. In traditional societies, great care is taken to ensure that the parents are nutritionally supported and they always stick to their native diets. As a result, they have childeren that are free of degenerative diseases, they have beautifully full and even faces and no dental caries. However, when they abandon their native diets, the offspring suffer the same types of degenerative diseases that we see here.

Now, getting back to the original question. if the baby has LGS, it is not due to chronic bracing. In this case, SR is of no value. The problem is most likely a result of mutated genes or nutritional defiencies. The approach to this should be strictly nutritional. doing mesage or Reike very well may help the situation. To heal the baby, The same care would have to be taken as if you were healing your own gut. Avoidance of specific foods, feeding the right foods and nutrients, and treating any bacterial or fungal problems quite carefully

Rich

Yes, it could be a result of chronic bracing in the parent!!
