This site is right on the money with LGS, especially the main cause being chronic stress. I like the info included on the paleolithic diet. This makes much sense and I follow much of the advice here. I find I can get away with having grains and legumes if prepared by fermenting, sprouting or leavening. You may also want to visit Dr. Weston A. Price's website. It goes even further into detail about traditional diets and it puts the spotlight on politically correct nutrition.

Yeah, but I thought that if you had a candidas problem that you should stay away from vinegars and fermented foods??

yes, yes but there are certain fermented foods that are beneficial for yeast sufferers because they contain large amounts of lactobacillius and enzymes.
