Hi I have been going v well on the Candidia Wholeffods diet in Beths book. I was strictly wholefoods and no fruit for over a year while using the other legs of the 3LS to help me recover from pelvic pain.
I am not out of the woods but a whole lot better.
However I am enjoying all the new foods I can eat now a little too much and the thrush has returned and is increasing my pelvic pain once again.
I introduced fruit and I must admit a glass of wine once a week and some dark chocholate over the last month and ITS BACK!
So what do I do now? Do I go strickly back on the candida whole foods diet no fruit for three months and then if under control try smaller doses? I found I am also feeling flat and that is part of this whole candidia thing. I am taking good probiotics now every day and eating lots of plain yogurt and using olive leaf extract drops. I have also been prescribe fluxocole?? 150mg once a week by my gyno.
What do you think of the diet timing is my question?
