Your thoughts about food intolerances

Dr,
I would like to know your thoughts about food intolerances caused by leaky gut and candida. In all candida literature from the pioneer MDs, it is well said candida causes food intolerances but they also say most of them resolve one time candida and the leaky gut be healed. Dr, I notice I react to Gluten in spite my Celiac blood panel was negative. I think I am not a Celiac case but an intolerance to gluten caused by the leaky gut. I would like to have some hope to eat gluten products again if I solve the leaky gut problem. I don't know if once the body develops an antibody against some food, it will be memorized for life. Dr, have you seen some of these food intolerances disapear after healing the leaky gut ??? What is your experience in this matter ??

Hi Jorge,

I hope you don't mind my volunteering an answer. My leaky gut is active when I am stressed, and at those times I have reactions to food. When I am relaxed and calm, my gut works right and the intolerances disappear.

The key is Skilled Relaxation and living a lifestyle that minimizes stress as much as possible.

Listen to Jan. Her experience is what commonly happens AFTER the LGS has been resolved for a few years.

Initially, once the LGS (and usually the C-RS at the same time) is resolved, it takes about 6 months for the food allergies to begin to dissapate. See the archives. It is worth while gently testing one allergy at a time starting after those 6 months. Some people take a year or so and a few never resolve the allergies once the LGS has been resolved.

This is a lifetime process! If you get all better and then BECAUSE you are better, stop the 3LS, everything will gradually come back in most cases.
