Cutting Edge LGS (Archive in LGS.)

Friends,

Anyone serious about wanting to learn about the current thinking about LGS needs to read the first, authorative, book (by multiple pre-eminent researchers in the field), written for lay people: "Optimal Digestion--New Strategies for Achieving Digestive Health" by Trent Nichols, MD (gastroenterologist). He is chief of gastroenterology at Hanover Hospital and an assistant clinical professor of internal medicine at Pennsylvania State University's College of Medicine.

For the time being, I will no longer spend time on this BB trying to educate skeptics about the prevalence (aye, even the very existance) of LGS and its effect on the entire body. I will simply refer any queries to this book.

Let us know what you learn.

Enjoy!

Walt

That would be neat if his book that good; but ... I'm sure there is more to learn about that so I think its good for others to still comment suggest etc etc about it.
