Does anyone know of a trick to stop me from eating like a truck driver right before and during (and even right after) my period? It's not sweets or chocolate that I'm after - mainly cereals and grains. Is there some kind of herb?

Hi, Glutton.
This is likely the beginning signs of a developing hypersensitivity to those things you are craving. This should not happen unless you have LGS.
