food sensitivity to eggs and dairy... any alternatives?

Posted by Heidi on July 30, 2001 at 13:09:12:

I just found out that I am sensitive BIG TIME to eggs and dairy... is their an egg substitute of any kind? Are their any kinds of cheese that I can have? I heard goat cheese is a possibiliy? What is goat cheese and is their goat eggs also? Thanks Also, just because I am sensitive to these right now, does that mean I will always be intolerant to them or will that possibly go away with removal for a while? Thanks.......

I'm an ecological kinesiologist not a doctor; Work with allergies a lot;

Yes, it is possible by removal of these substance for awhile that you can over come the sensitivity,it sometimes take months and sometimes a year or two;

Goat cheese, well you might have to watch that one also, ask your doctor; Remember that a lot of the Feta cheese in the super market is not goat cheese, so just read carfully;[ if goat dairy is o.k. with you]

Yes there are egg substitutes, someone will know on this board if they are healthy enough or not, it is not something i have looked into much; There are duck eggs that are good and respond quit differently in the body; I have found some could handle fertile eggs also, did they test for that;

Can you handle Soy? Many have to be careful with that, but if your o.k. small amounts of soy cheese can be a nice replacement;

Thanks for the response. I am not sure about how I react to soy? I will have to check into that. I will ask my doc about the goat cheese. The goat eggs you were talking about.... where do you get goat eggs? Are they in a regular store or do you need to get them somewhere else? Same for goat cheese... where do you get it? Thanks.....

Hello Heidi,

Ha!!You can find goat eggs on the shelf right next to the cow eggs on the diary shelf!!!HA!!HA!!!

I did not say Goat eggs, there is not such a thing, cuite! It would be like saying there is cow eggs!

I said DUCK eggs, and you'll have to find someone that has some Ducks! Look around, ; I did test you for them and they were alright for you to eat those;
Now as far as Goat dairy, i did not find that you could handle it at this time. Later perhaps when your body is cleared out more, perhaps in 2 months; In the grocrey store it will say goat cheese, if it just says feta, you'll have to the look at the lable better, to see if it is cow or goat dairy;
I also did Kinesiology on you for Soy and seems alright at this time for you, but don't over do; Some people when there off of one thing have a tendency to over do on another food and soy is a very concentrated food;

I have to ask...

food sensitivity and leaky gut.................

There are substitutes to eggs but nothing that can deliver the nutrition that is needed from consuming eggs. You would be better off just avoiding them for now. Goat's milk, cheese could be an option for you. Goat's milk, cheese does not have casein in it. Casein is the most allergenic protein in milk and is probably what you are sensitive to. In eggs, it is the albumin that most people react to. Avoidance is the best way.

If you avoid the foods, the antibodies that were built in reaction to the proteins will eventually fade (usually about 6 months although it could be longer or shorter). After 6 months, get retested. The antibody level should come down.

Just know that nutritionally, staying away from dairy does not pose any threat to your health. Eggs, although an excelent source of protein, lecithin, fat-soluble vitamins, it can be replaced by other meats for the time being. You will not suffer any deficiencies as a result of not eating these foods. Just make sure to get plenty of green leafy vegetables, essential oils, organic meats, and some moderate amounts of fruits, nuts, legumes and whole grains and you will be fine.

If you can't stand to be without them, you could try EPD or NAET. EPD is much more accurate. I find NAET only works some of the time. The EPD will desensitize you to the foods over time. It's a good thing you were only reactive to dairy and eggs. When I was tested a few years back, there were 29 different foods I couldn't eat. To get out of it, I avoided the most allegenic ones and I rotated the least allergenic ones only eating them once every 4-5 days. After 3 years of doing this and healing my Leaky gut, I am no longer allergic to any foods. I rotate my foods daily in order to avoid new reactions from forming. This is how you become allergic to begin with. You eat the same foods too often and usually, some degree of leaky gut exists.

In order to facilitate the healing of possible LGS, practice SR as shown in the archives on this board, and take L-glutamine daily (5-10g. Start out on the low end. L-glutamine is the most important amino acid for the intestinal tract).

I hope this helps you

Hi, Jim.

Surely you have heard of the many double blind research reports proving distance healing. This is done the same way. No one understands, yet, how, but there is no longer any doubt that this phenomenon does work.

I'm an ecological Kinesiologist and an intuitive;

JIm, I do a lot of long distant testings, and i use a saraget person to test on to double check, what i get intuitively, it takes me awhile to do a full test for a person with what they are eating, breathing, drinking, and thinking and suppliments intake; Once in awhile i have guidence to test a person in a certain area on this board, but a full test is much more extensive; I have a gift of feeling a person's vibration and and the energy shifts when they don't respond well to something; Some people have developed there senses to a deeper awareness; I wonder what all the books are talking about when they say we are ONE,this is a clue.
