Stomach pain after eating

Dr. Stoll,
First off, thanks for reading my e-mail. I know you have many to read!
I have been experiencing stomach aches for about 2-3hrs. after I eat these foods: bananas (raw), brocolli (cooked or raw), avacados and mushrooms. There are some foods like watermelon, carrots, mangos and pineapple that I will only sometimes get a stomach ache after eating. I am 28 now and this started when I was around 18 or so...and it just started with brocolli and bananas...the list has grown to include what I mentioned above.
I went to an allergist and I did test positive for an allergy to mushrooms (and just about everything in "pollen land", grass was a biggy)...but the brocolli and banana pricks didn't really react. She said my insides were swelling up when I ate these foods...?
Here's something else that is odd...I went on a liver cleansing diet in May (2 weeks) and I tried eating bananas afterwards, and I was able, for about a week, to eat them w/o any side effects.
My guess is that I've lost the ability to produce the enzymes to digest these foods? Do you have any ideas? If it's allergies, it seems like I should ALWAYS react, but with watermelon, for instance, it only happens every now and then.
I have read your book and am eating much better (mostly whole foods and organic...no white flour) and I'm excercising every other day and trying to learn more about relaxing...
Thanks for reading this long e-mail!
Isabella
