Can you please suggest the best labs that I can use to have
my doctor send specimens to that check for yeast infections
of the skin? I have been diagnosed with fibro and
dysesthetic vulvodynia, but I have so many skin sensations I
don't want to rule out a yeast infection of the skin even

Hi, Molly.
Accuracy in this test is more due to the skill of the doc collecting the specimen than which lab it is sent to.
The specimen must be taken with a scalpel by nicking the lesion at it's edge and a sample of the resulting blood taken.
