Today my stool had white mucus in it. Is this candida? It didnt look cottage cheesey. Also, I notice white seed/egg like things in my stool. Kind of reminds me of when my daughter had lice and I had to pick all the nits out of her hair. Any suggestions on this?

Hi, curious.
This is called mucous colitis (probably the mildest form of colitis) and is a warning that you are heading down a slippery slope--->a good time to turn things around. Thank your bodymind for such a gentle warning.
