white tongue that comes and goes, can be associated with a food that is causing bad digestion, see if you are more prone to constipation when the tongue is white, then see what foods you ate for that day, or prior. white tongue does not always mean lgs,or candida, mainly it can be from dryness,from nasal drip,if yur heat is on, or allergies, and no, not all allergies are from lgs, i suggest just observing these few things

Thank you for this information. I have long believed that all of what you say might be true. Occasionally I do have slight white coating on my tongue, but have just tested negative for any type of yeast.

there are different kinds that look different; really one should look at photos. The Candida kind (thrush) looks like a curdy, cottage-cheese layer resting on top of the tongue. It is not the "dry" kind seen with other conditions.

Also, candida bleeds when the white patches are scraped off and the other causes do not.
