Update - Liver Flush

Posted by S.H.A.P.E. To Everyone on January 20, 2003 at 16:08:03:

To all those seeking to have radiant health. In my opinion, over 75% of the population, over the age of 30 years old, could improve the status of their health by performing a simple Liver/Gallbladder Flush (LGF). I was surprized that during my first flush, I eliminated over 100 stones and what was even more astounding was that over 500 stones were eliminated during my second flush. The only thing that's keeping you from also performing this LGF is the "FEAR" of trying something new, but what you should fear more, is the reality that if left intacted, these stones will continue to hinder/block the main function of your Liver, which is to purify your blood. The following are but a few of the known health problems that a congested Liver/Gallbladder and a toxic bloodstream can cause; a tugging feeling/pain in the area of your Liver - lower and/or upper back pain - arm pain that resembles a heart attack - yellow, green or orange skin color - the whites of your eyes are yellow - high cholesterol - high blood pressure - a bloated feeling - indigestion/acid reflux - constipation - nausea - sore or ticklish Lymph's - trouble concentrating - poor memory - over or under weight problems - chronic fatigue - headaches - dizziness - suden allergic reactions to foods, beverages, etc. - thyroid problems - endometriosis - prostate problems - diabetes - cancer and heart problems. I realize that this list of symptoms sounds like an impossibility but trust me, they are possible. If your bloodstream is "TOXIC", these toxins can travel to any part of your internal body, including your brain, therefore, it's also capable of causing cause diseases like alzheimer's and parkinson's. Could something as simple as a congested Liver/Gallbladder be the "Missing Link" to many peoples unexplained and uncureable health problems? Form my experience it certainly is possible and well worth considering. I know that my bracing problem (unexplained stress and tenion), along with at least six other health problems, that I've mentioned above, never started to improve until after my first LGF and they have continued to improve with my second LGF so I say if it looks and sounds like a duck, then it surely is a duck! I've heard some ask, could these stones possiblely get stuck in the Cystic Duct or Common Bile Duct, while trying to exit? This problem would be unlikely, as long as you follow the instruction's to the tee because one of the purposes of the epsom salts drink is to dialate these ducts, etc. so that the stones can exit without any trouble. Look at it this way, if a stone was so big that it could not exit through these ducts, then you are going to experience problems with it on down the road anyway so why not deal with it now before it gets any bigger? I have personally passed numerous stones measuring up to half an inch and I figure that they will get bigger with every flush. Below are the instructions of how to perform the LGF, which I have copyed from one of Hulda Clark books and simplified it, as well as added some helpful hints and problems to watch-out for. She also suggest that you perform a anti-parasite cleanse before performing the LGF but this is completely up to each individual, as to how much effort they want to put into it. I personally first performed the anti-parasite cleanse, along with a week of detoxing my colon before approaching the LGF but that's just the way I am, I don't want to leave any stones unturned or as it could work out, left in my Liver. Remember, only those who do not allow their fears to control their life, will regain their health and happiness and those who hear, but do not take action (procrastinator's) are those who allow hind-sight to control their future and it's a "FACT" that these individuals end-up being dependent on doctors and their drugs - how sad. BE SURE not to ignore the "CAUTION" that I've suggested below.

"LIVER AND GALLBLADDER FLUSH"

Friday Morning
Eat toast and drink tea for breakfast.
(No fatty food)

Friday Lunch
Eat a baked potato, etc, and drink only water.
(No fatty food)

DO NOT EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING AFTER 2:00 PM Friday

Mix-up 4 tablespoons of Epsom Salt and 3 cups of water in a jar.
(can be refrigerated but room temperature is better)

Friday 6:00 PM
Drink only ¾ cup of Epsom Salts and Water mixture.

Friday 8:00 PM
Drink only ¾ cup of Epsom Salts and Water mixture.

“CAUTION” – “IMPORTANT” If the first two Epsom Salt drinks did not cause you to experience two or three runny bowel movements, which cleanses the colon, then "DO NOT" proceed with the olive oil drink – "ABORT" the Flush and perform two days of colon cleansing before attempting it again. The stones will only exit through a completely unblocked colon.

Friday 9:45 PM
Mix-up ½ cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with the juice of one grapefruit together so it will be ready to drink at 10:00 PM.

Friday 10:00 PM
Stand by your bed and drink the Olive Oil and Grapefruit juice mixture. Do not take longer than ten minutes to injest the drink.

After completeing the olive oil drink "IMMEDIATELY" lay-flat on your back with your head propped up on a pillow and DO NOT MOVE for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, you can turn on your right side and sleep that way.

HELPFUL HINTS
1) Imagine in your mind, that the stones are flowing out of your Gallbladder because the “Mind” controls the “Body”.
2) Gently massage the area of your Liver (right rib cage) in a clockwise motion to the count of 100.
3) Try to sleep all night, without getting out of bed.

Saturday at either 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM
Drink only ¾ cup of the Epsom Salts and Water mixture.

You should have a bowel movement within 30 minutes after drinking the mixture.
Look in the toilet and count the Green or Brown stones floating on the water.
Also notice any sandy looking matter, which are small stones.

Two hours from when you drank your last Epsom Salts and Water mixture on Saturday morning, (either 8:00 or 9:00 AM) drink your last glass of Epsom Salts and Water mixture. ONLY this time, drink just 2/4 of a cup of the Epsom Salts and Water mixture.

With your next bowel movement, you should eliminate more floating stones, be sure and count them as accurately as possible.

NOTE: If you eliminated 50 or more stones on this first Flush, I’d suggest that you continue performing this Flush, at two-week intervals, until no more stones are detected in your stool because if left untreated, this health problem can lead to Cancer, Heart problems, as well as many other unexplained minor health problems.

I have tried the liver flush and, in my opinion, the "stones" that flushed into the stool looked an awful like the olive oil congealed into solid little pieces from its path down the intestinal tract. I don't doubt, however, that others have experienced flushing out of actual stones from the liver or bile duct.

Yep, flushes are good. It's kinda like roto rooter for the liver/gallbladder. I did five flushes and flushed out approx. 7,000 (unbelievable). I had really bad MCS though, and now I understand why, because there were so many stones in my liver/gallbladder. However, the first four flushes were done prior to getting my mercury fillings out, and now, in retrospect, I wish I had waited, simply because I feel like it would have been less stressful on my liver if I had waited to flush until after the removal. I also had all kinds of colors of stones come out, green, yellow, red and black.

I do feel like the flushes were really helpful, but it's not a cureall. I had to get the mercury out, sauna myself like crazy for two years, take DMSA, take probiotics, take milk thistle, do SR, and clean up my environment (i.e. makeup, soaps, laundry detergant, etc.).

The good part is that I can eat normally again, and I'm not reacting to everything. I also recovered from interstitial cystitis and vulvodynia, which are supposed to be illnesses you can't recover from. However, once you go through sickness and recover, you want to help everybody to get better, and alternative methods can be real tough to convince people to do. I've had to learn to keep my mouth shut. If it's not a prescribed pill that the doctor gave you, they don't wanna hear about it.

Hi Susan,

At what point in recovering from MCS did you feel you were well enough to do the flushes? Thanks.

I have personally done 2 flushs so far. The first one flushed about 500 + stones, most of them were cholestrol stones. In the second flush, more than 200+ gallstones came out. Iam going to do my third flush tomorrow.

I did a lot of research on which method of flush to follow and I personally thought that Hulda Clarks method was the best as I saw a lot of success stories with this method.

Hulda clarks receipie also says that if you dont sleep well, you wont get many stones out. I also take 4 Ornithine capsules along with the potion at 10 PM to help me get good sleep. But unfortunately I was not able to sleep well due to the anxiety in trying something new.

Just curious. Did you find that you flushed less and less by the last flush? If you did a flush now, you would not pass many or any stones etc? Is that correct? It did cross my mind that some of the stuff coming out as stones might be bits of grain from the bread. Still seems like a relatively easy thing to do, and nobody really profits from it, save the makers of the salts. I'm considering it.

Thanks for sharing your experience.

Be Well,

Thanks for the caution, SHAPE.

I just realized that when I had the diarrhea after the first two glasses of epsom salts, I remember thinking something must be wrong to experience diarrhea so soon, but I am glad to see it was a positive sign, and I did follow my intuition correctly.

I have another question regarding your new instructions. Couldnt resist. :)

Ok, with the olive oil/grapefruit concoction. It took me max. 5 mins to mix it up so it was ready at 9.50pm. Do I have to wait till 10pm to drink it or should I just drink as soon as prepared. I did just gulp it down in probably under a minute. It was amazingly tasty!

What about after the flush? Should we gently resume back to our diet, as in eating easily digestible foods? I didnt eat until noon yesterday as I just felt my system needed to be treated gently and not have to work on digestion so soon after going through the cleanse.

I did eat steak after my flush, well about 8 hours after my flush was completed, but then I wondered if that was a little too harsh on my system? Any comments????

I also would prefer not to have toast for breakfast, as I am on a very restricted grains diet on the Anti candida diet. So could I just have say an apple instead or steam a vegetable????

Thanks again.

Butting in if you don't mind! As far as I've learned, the only rule in eating the day of the flush is NO FAT (and no food at all after 2 pm). So, you could eat veggies or an apple, but I guess not meat, since even the leanest meat has a little fat in it.

The reason for the NO FAT, is so that the bile (which digests fats) has a chance to build up & build up & build up inside the gallbladder, waiting for fats to digest. When the mass of olive oil shows up.... you know the rest.

Congratulations on your success!

"Friday Lunch

(No fatty food)"

What does the "etc" mean? What can you eat with the baked potato? Do you have to eat a baked potato or is there another choice?
Also, what if somebody takes medicines and supplements. Can I still do the flush and take my meds and supplements?

Thanks, Trace.

I, too, think that that is what most people see.

It is interesting, though, that so many people get permanent ( at least a year or so--long enough to make it permanent by stopping the lifestyle known to cause stones) symptomatic relief from this flush.
