If you have the swelling of the adomen, loss of blood, yellowing of skin-weakness-blood so low that you need 6 pints of blood-do you have a chance of full recovery?

Check out the archives on the liver, I believe there is some information on cirrohis.

Hi, Shirley.

Why do you have it? Listen to Leon and Barb.

The cause(s) must cease totally. See the liver archives and the detox archives for what to do. What do you have to lose by trying? Trying is the only way I know to answer your question. Does it work? None of the above can possibly hurt.

If I was this far gone, I would be also learning about serious wellness to give the liver cells that are not yet dead the best chance of recovery.

The liver is perhaps the most capable organ in the body for regenerating itself.

Let us know what you learn and how you do.

Walt

Shirley,

Look into the liver cleansing diet. There is a book by Dr. Sandra Cabot. She also has a website and I think there's a newsletter. The diet is easy and the book contains good recipes and meal plans, plus information on supplements and lifestyle changes you can make.

Wishing you the best,
Nutmeg
