EPSOM SALT FLUSH
Let’s say you are going to perform the Epsom Salt Flush on Friday
Stop taking all supplements and prescription drugs while performing the liver flush! The liver flush just last for a 24-hour period!
Friday Morning:
Eat toast and jelly, etc. and drink tea for breakfast (No Fatty Foods).
Lunch
Eat a baked potato, etc., and drink only pure water (No Fatty Foods).
DO NOT EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING AFTER 2:00 PM Friday
Mix-up 4 tablespoons of epsom salt and 3 cups of water in a jar.
(can be refrigerated but room temperature is better)
“WARNING” Be sure that you “Are Not” allergic to Epsom salts (use muscle testing to determine this) and if you are allergic, replace the Epsom salts with milk of magnesia, a saline solution or take an herbal colon cleansing product. Epsom Salts has been known to trigger migraine headaches in some sensitive individuals and “DO NOT” use Epsom salts if you are experiencing high blood pressure.
You can also add a few drops of “Stevia” to your Epsom salts drink to improve the taste.
6:00 PM
Drink only ¾ cup of epsom salts and water mixture.
8:00 PM
Drink only ¾ cup of epsom salts and water mixture.
“WARNING” If these first two epsom salt drinks did not cause you to experience two or three runny bowel movements, which cleanses the colon, then “DO NOT” proceed with the Olive Oil Drink – “ABORT” the Flush and instead, take an herbal colon cleansing product, like Corrective-A, etc. the next morning and drink apple juice every hour before re-attempting the Flush on Saturday. The toxic waste matter (soft stones) can only be eliminated, if your colon is completely free of stool.
“WARNING” Be sure that you “ARE NOT” allergic to Olive Oil (use muscle testing to determine this) and if you are allergic, use Fish Oil or Flax Oil instead.
9:45 PM
Put ½ cup of Olive Oil and the juice of one grapefruit in a jar with a lid so it will be ready to drink at 10:00 PM.
10:00 PM
“Stand” by your bed and “Shake–Up” the jar of Olive Oil and Grapefruit juice and drink it quickly. “DO NOT” take longer than ten minutes to ingest all of the drink.
After completing the olive oil drink, “IMMEDIATELY” lay-flat on your back with your head propped-up on a pillow and “DO NOT MOVE” for a period of 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, you can turn on your “Right Side” and continue sleeping that way as long as possible.
HELPFUL HINTS
1) Imagine in your mind that the toxic waste matter is flowing out of your Liver and Gallbladder because your “Mind” controls your “Body”.
2) Gently massage the area of your Liver (right rib cage) in a clockwise motion, to the count of 100 while lying on your back.
3) Try to sleep all night, without getting out of bed if possible.
4) You may become “Nauseated” after drinking the olive oil but unless you feel that you “Must” throw-up, try to lay still and it should pass. The important thing is to be relaxed and let the olive oil perform its duty of pushing the stones out of your liver.
5) If you do throw-up, go ahead with the procedure and drink the last two epsom salt drinks the next morning because you still might eliminate some toxic waste matter.
6) If you eliminate any toxic waste stones which are to large to pass out your common bile duct and you start feeling pain, start taking a magnesium tablet every half an hour or drink another half-cup of olive oil and grapefruit juice. This should not happen if you drink the proper amount of epsom salts but sometimes these things just happen regardless of how many precautions you take. If a piece of this toxic waste matter is so large that it gets stuck in your common bile duct, you would of eventually had to deal with this problem some day soon anyhow so just be glad that you’re finally getting this toxic waste matter out of your liver and gallbladder before surgery is required to remove it and your gallbladder.
Saturday Morning:
Lets say you are getting out of bed at 7:00 AM.
Drink only ¾ cup of the epsom salts and water mixture. One hour later, I usually drink a glass of warm apple juice, followed by another glass of warm water. These warm beverages seem to help get your bowels moving quicker!
9:00 AM
You now drink your last epsom salts and water mixture, only this time drink just 2/4 of a cup of the epsom salts and water mixture. If your bowel hasn’t started moving the stones out, then drink another glass of warm apple juice, followed by another glass of warm water.
Results:
You should now start experiencing runny bowel movements, which might only produce sandy looking waste matter on your first flush. This is the stuff that’s been obstructing/blocking your gallbladder. You may also notice some pieces of larger waste matter (soft stones), which is green or brown in color.
“IMPORTANT” If you eliminate any toxic waste matter on your first flush, I’d highly recommend that you continue performing this Flush, at two or four week intervals, until no more waste matter is detected because your symptoms of back pain, bloating, gas, acid reflux, high cholesterol, etc. “Will Not Permanently Go Away” until all of this waste matter has been eliminated from your liver. If left untreated, this problem can lead to more serious health problems on down the road, like Thyroid, Cancer or Heart problems, as well as many other unexplained minor health problems. * S.H.A.P.E. * “Self Help Alternative Program for Enlightenment”

I've taken an interest in reading about the liver flush. I have 2 questions for you.
1) Does Dr. Stoll know and approve this method that you speak of?
2) After you do this, do you have to continue doing it for you lifetime?

The list of symptoms seems kind of vague to me. I mean, pretty much any sort of symptom possible for anything seems to be listed there. :)
Plus, some of it's seem subjective.
What do you think?

Steven, How are they vague, you either have nite sweats or you don't..Do you have to flush for the rest of your life, of course not, it's your colon and liver, you can do anything you want to them..But take care of them and they will take care of you for life..Silver Fox!

is like it asks if TMJ is a symptom. I don't have it now but have had it 2 times in the past 5 years for a week a piece. I know it's all related but I don't have it now. Or bright sunlight does hurt my eyes but I do have hay fever and that is the cause. The emotional symptoms can be vague because anyone would be emotional after having any smptoms on pretty much anything.
Things like that. I mean I took the questionaire and I checked about 12 of them while it says over 15. So does that mean I'm fine? It could easily have been more or less for me.

My suggestion would be to give the liver flush a try and if you eliminate any sandy looking waste matter or any larger stones, then you will "KNOW" that your liver is congested. However, if no stones are eliminated, they you will know that S.H.A.P.E. is full of Poo-Poo rather than you.

I remember a few years ago before I had a colonscopy that they had my do one of those enema things. That was about the most uncomfortable feeling ever. Way worse that the procedure itself. Is the flush the same way? Also, I am very worried about vomiting. It really bothers me for a long time when I do. I was hoping Dr. Stoll would jump in with a comment about liver flushes. Has he already? Thanks.

Yeah, Steven, I have (See the liver archives from recently.)
There is a world of difference (in symptoms) between going at the problem from below and from above.

I read thru the archives and got a sense that you say "why not try it, it can't hurt". Is my assumption correct? Would this be something I should try with all my various probs (as you know about).
Also, I found some peoepl complaining about Meridian Valley Labs, which is where I am getting my blood work (the magnesium thing) done, as well you talking about problems getting them on the line and how some of the stuff is inexcuisble. Is this a problem and should I look into a different lab? Thank you.

Yeah, Steven.
I think you will find that Meridian Valley Labs no longer exists. You will need to go to Great Smokies Diagnostic Labs for these tests.

I have gotten regular emails from MVL answering my requests about the test. How odd. But if you say I should go with the other one, who am I to argue?
Was I correct about the archives and liver flushes? My thing is that I want to get to a point where I can eat normally and not eat a completely different diet than the people around me. Yes, that includes "bad" foods. I don't eat fried and junk foods at all now. Or any Italian food, which I love. Haven't for years. Symptoms of IBS or LGS are fine when I don't. Problem is I want to.

Thanks, Steven.
I am glad to hear it and will investigate their resurrection. I would appreciate your sharing their website and email address--and their address and phone numbers if you have them.
It was a real loss to the profession when they closed down a few years ago. I would not recommend GSDL over Meridian Valley Labs for this test.

Sorry, Steven.
I am not an expert in liver flushes.
I am just lurking and watching the results from what SHAPE is doing.

I am as well but I'm pretty open to anything that will help me and won't be too expensive or have side effects. If I began to list how many bad experiences I have had, you might think I have a black clowd following me, which I actually do. :(
