Hi Shape,
I've just finished my 3rd. flush, 4 weeks after the 2nd.one which produced only 5 green stones. This time I still had a lot of brown sandy stuff and about 50 green ones. My question is, should I repeat this until no more stones, then stop and just take the supplements only, for my liver?
You will be so proud of me! I've still slept well, pain under my right ribcage gone, the vertigo disappeared,BM- no problems! If only my thyroid works better, so I'd not feel so cold all the time.

You are right! I am extremely proud of you - who ever "You" is haha. I'd suggest that you stop performing the liver flushes for now and start taking the liver supplements for a period of three months! However, if your symptoms return, then perform another flush. Trust me on this one, to improve the function of your Thyroid, lightly massage it to the count of 50 every morning, night and after eating every meal. While you are massaging it, say to yourself, I'm sending healing energy and love into my Thyroid. Do this for two weeks and see if your Thyroid doesn't start functioning properly! * S.H.A.P.E. *
