I have been on a strict regime for detoxing my liver and getting my intestines working properly again. I am hoping to get to the point of doing a liver flush soon. I was hoping that some of you could post any experiences and/or testimonials about liver flushing, like any symptoms that have been resolved, how many flushes it has taken and just the whole experience in general. I have looked through all the liver archives, but there is not much about actual experiences, only suggestions. Thanks so much.

Well, I have done 1 liver flush. I did the one SHAPE recommends. It was not that bad. The epsom salts are what made me gag the most. I did it though and when I saw those green stones I was excited!
I am feeling about 50% better than I was before the flush. I am still have a few attacks, but I was having them almost every night before the flush. I know it takes many before you feel 100% better. I do not have a lot of free time so mine will be spread far apart. I was suppose to do my 2nd this weekend, but I have finals next week and I just have to study. Hopefully in 2 weeks I can do the next one.

Yup. I have done 7 so far. The first seems like a horrible ordeal, but once you get through it,it is much less daunting the next time. It is pretty simple really.Don't sip at the drinks. Chug 'em past your tongue, and focus on something else as you do it.The unpleasant is over in a minute.Small price to pay for the results.
I feel much better. No heartburn anymore. More energy.Weight dropping off. Course I am also constantly and slowly making changes in my diet and lifestyle.
Hope this encourages you to try it. you will be glad you did.
