John Counts~liver/gallB cleanse~results

When we broke forNew Years break here a BB, I was in process of doing the first Live/G cleanse. It went VERY well as far as taking the epsom salts and oil/grapefruit juice. Slept through the night had diarrhea most of next day. I dont know how many 'stone' were passed because it was about 20 below outside and we only have a outhouse. Im doing this by faith. I did the program exactly like Dr. H Clark said. Well 2 weeks have passed and yesterday I did another cleanse. It went a little differently. Diarrhea started
the night before half an hour before drinking the oil/grapefruit mix. When I thought it was done, I took the mixture and immediately laid down for the 20 minutes, then HAD to make another trip outside. I hope I didnt screw things up with that. But had diarrhea all the next day as well. (almost 24 hours) Well its the 'nest' day and Im back to normal I think. There was no pain in any of this. No hunger as long as I got protein in my meals prior to the 'no eating after 2 pm.

I thnk Im going to wait 1 month this time for the next cleanse. Dr. Clark says to wait at least 2 weeks between cleanses. I hope Ive gotten rid of all my gallstones. I dont know. If you can have up to 2000 stones, Ive probably got a few more to get rid of. Ha. So good luck with your cleansing. It doesnt hurt. Its easy to do. No discomfort. Its exciting to know Im cleaned out if I did it right.

Hi Shinleaf,

I finally got around to doing my first liver flush. In typical fashion I messed it up (my life is like a picnic in a hurricane).

First of all the epsom salts are the most wretched stuff I've ever drank. They made me nauseous and gave me severe diarrhea even before I drank the olive oil/grapefruit mix (which tasted pleasant comapared to the epsom salts). I neglected to take the Ornithine and had insomnia all night. The next day I had diarrhea all day. I didn't see anything that resembled gallstones in my stool. (thank God I have indoor plumbing).

But I must say I have felt very energetic and healthy after the flush and will do another one in a few weeks. Hopefully if I take the Ornithine I will be able to sleep after drinking the olive oil/grapefruit cocktail.

Regards
John

Did you take Clarks advice on drinking the epsom water VERY cold? Using a straw helped me tremendously. I took a swallow of grapefruit juice and swished it around before drinking the epsom salt water. Sucked it up very fast with that straw. Then stuck my tongue out and shook my head and I was ok. I was worried about the morning drinks. But that went well as well.

Im just glad I followed the exact recipe and procedure. It has to have worked. Next time I may go stay at a motel and check out the results more closely if I can.

I dont care for the orintihine. I used melatonin the first time with very good results and orinthine the second time and it took along time to go to sleep. So I may stick with the melatonin. I only took a half of one.

Well, I may go ahead and do the 6 week kidney cleanse now since I have all the herbs ready to go and then do the Liver cleanse again. It just feels good to be cleaning out the insides. Like getting your old care overhauled. Looks pitiful but sure runs good. HA.

Ill let you know how the next one goes or how the kidney cleanse goes. If anyone else reading this has done or is doing these cleanses, share your experiences.

Hi, John

You gave me the information last year and I was going to do it first week of 2000. Seems like I'm chronic procrastinator.

Guess it's because I need to do the parasite clense first and I keep saying, I've got to do that one of these days.

Hi Paulette,

My advice is to go ahead and start the parasite cleanse. It might have benefits of it's own, besides just preparing for the liver flush. Besides that it's easy and painless. I used three different parasite cleanses. I used a product called 'Paragone' that I bought in a health food store. I used a product called 'Clear' from Awareness Corporation and I used a zapper.

Even though I didn't see anything that I could identify as gallstones during the liver flush, I do feel that my energy level went up a lot after the flush.

Here's to your health,
John

Hi, John

Thanks for that bit of encouragement. It's what I really need. Probably get everything this weekend and do next week
and then a couple weeks later the liver flush. I can't call it gallbladder flush since mine was taken out in 76.

Thanks, Shinleaf.

It helps others to get an idea of how this can go. Personally, I never saw a patient who had to do this more than once----although I am sure there are some, somewhere, who will need more than one.

It all comes down to whether you have any more symptoms for which you are putting yourself through this. It is not likely that you can hurt yourself by doing it too often but if you stop too soon (get GB symptoms) you can just do more. You don't lose anything by stopping too soon.

Walt
