Please add me to the list of successful LGB flushers! Did the epsom salt/olive oil flush last night with very good results. Easily 100 to 200 stones, some soft and some fairly hard. Some very large-like 1/4" in diameter by 3/4" long. some green, most brown. Plan to follow up with a second in a few weeks. Doing this to help with digestions of fats and a dairy allergy(even from raw cows and raw goat milk kefir) I get dandruff from it.
Any other suggestions??-BTW, I do all the other things like SR, Whole foods and exercise. Been a reader of this board for a long time.
Anyway Dr Stoll and Shape, thanks for all the great things you do on this web site.

Thank you Bob for caring enough about your self to start taking responsibility for your own health problems and for having the determination that it takes to follow through with our suggestions! I'm very proud of you! I would suggest that you continue performing the liver flushes at three month intervials, until less than 25 stones are being eliminated. * S.H.A.P.E. *

Shape do you have info on coffee enemas? I have been doing them with great success for the last two months. Continually every day. I feel great relief and look forward to doing them but I started having some pain at gall bladder liver area since last three days. I got upset. Do you have any idea what that means?I can not digest much if I do not perform them so I am hoping that you won't say me to stop them:). Thanks.
