Castor Oil Packs

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could share the protocol for configuring and using the above. My liver enzymes are elevated (still), and I would be interested in trying it.

I too have looke for the castor oil pack protocol here and was unable to find it. At the time, I had a peripheral interest, and so did not bring it up.

I found it interesting that someone in that link mentioned that doing "meditation" during the treatment seemed beneficial.

My first impression, since the protocol calls for an hour, was to just do SR for that time.
