Ive read that these types of sugars can cause problems in your system. Would you be so kind as to tell me what it can do, what organs it can effect, and how much is too much? I heard that sugar can cause gallstones, I thought fatty foods cause gallstoens? Also can you lead me to a link, or maybe you can tell me types of foods I should avoid to keep myself healthy? Thank you

Of course, a fatty diet makes gallbladder disease more likely. However, it seems that the high refined carbohydrate diet is what caused the damage so that the gallbladder can no longer cope with the high fat.
