My liver function or liver death tests, as you have stated, are elevated. I don't drink or smoke and try to avoid taking otc meds as mch as possible. I have started taking milk thistle two twice daily. I work as an oncology nurse so my job is somewhat stressful. Is there anything else I can do to rpomote decrease in my liver enzymes? Thanks, May Kay

You mean your liver enzymes? It would be helpful for you to have a liver detoxification profile done. It would say how your Stage 1 and Stage 2 detoxification is and would help in treatment. Personally, being that you are not taking in many toxic substances, I would tend to think that this is caused by toxic by-products produced in your own body. You could be suffering the begining stages of autointoxification caused by LGS (leaky gut syndrome). The liver can easily be overburdened by excess toxins.

Getting well would mean healing the LGS directly with SR (Skilled Relaxation technique), treating dysbiosis (improper balance of colon flora) and restoring your colon pH to a more slightly acid condition so that benficial bacterian can thrive and autointoxification is stopped. You liver will not be overburdened and your liver enzymes will drop. Double check with Dr. Stoll. Take care,

Rich

Hi, Mary.

Have you looked at the liver archives?

I would suggest taking alpha-lipoic acid and doing castor oil packs to the area over the liver. See the archives.

Let us know how you do.

Walt

go to the archives and read up on Leaky Gut Syndrome, Chronic Bracing and SR. When you are done, if you still have questions, come back. :)
