Recurrent Lymphnodes

I have read many of the posts on swollen and quickly recurring lymphnode swelling. My girlfriend is 46 and has had 2 rounds of surgery removing swollen lymphnodes. The first operation was done because they could not rule out a tumor. The second was basically on the same line, 15 identified masses, after surgery, the surgeon removed 2 of the largest ones. In both cases they came back as benign. She has taken batteries of antibiotics, both oral and intravenous. At this point there really is no great concern as to why she has them. The ENT basically said that if they come back, he would only remove them if they are painful or appear disfiguring. At this time she has 2 in the same place that are again gaining in size. They are slightly tender and obviously bother her. My main concern is that she has some type of latent infection that for whatever reason is not identifiable. Is there anywhere to go or any nonconventional test that can be conducted to determine why these keep coming back or reswelling? Is there anyway to attribute these to an unidentified infection? Any information would be helpful. Thank You.

Hi,PA.

First of all, do you understand WHY lymph nodes enlarge normally? This is a normal attribute of the bodymind needing to have more immunity available. IF the person is living close to their immunological limits, they will find their nodes enlarging to try to make up for this.

Serious wellness will stop this from happening within about a year.

Let us know what happens.

Walt

Hello, This message is directed to the 46yr old woman with continuous swollen Lymphnodes. I can truly relate to this. For 3 1/2 yrs I've had problems with the Lymphnodes mainly in my neck, but they have bothered me under my armpits and in my legs. I was seeing a hematolagists in 2001. All tests came out negative. I was told the only way to rule out Lymphoma would be to remove a node. Then I ended up seeing an ENT due to problems with ears also. He told me to wait on removing a node. Then tested for Allergy's. To many shots in arms (126 in each)I'm not a needle person. But, long and behold I ended up being allergic to 27 different things. Alot of Enviormental. I'm told that allergies are why my Lymphnodes act up. Something to think about. I never knew that allergies could make someone so sick. Good Luck

I had no idea this was a problem.A friend asked me the other day if I had them and what they were from and I told her I have them andI am not sure I just know they are swellen lymphnodes. I woke up this mornig with the small cyst like knot under my arm and swelling in my pit. Is this what lymphnodes do? And what again is it caused from?
